Class time is 5:30p-8:30p.

Foods from the deep South, Midwest, Northeast and other parts of the USA will be prepared in a tasty class influenced by the region's abundances and cultures.  This is a "hands-on" style class that includes generous sampling.

My home is handicapped accessible.  Everything is furnished and no experience is necessary.

The class will be held in my home that has a very large working area.  I am located off of HWY 151 towards Sun Prairie, WI. 

Cost for the class is $20.00 which includes supplies and folder with recipes.

All ages 8-108 are invited.  No experience is necessary.
