CRAZY CAKE

3 cups Flour
2 cups Sugar
1/3 cup Cocoa
2 tsp. Baking soda
1 tsp. Salt
2 Tbl. Vinegar
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
3/4 cup Oil
2 cups Cold water
Sifter
9x13" baking pan

Sift dry ingredients into a 9x13" cake pan.  Make three wells.  Put 2 tablespoons vinegar in one well.  Put 1 teaspoon vanilla in the second well.  Put 3/4 cup oil in the third well.  Pour 2 cups cold water over everything.  Mix with a fork.

Bake at 350? for 30 to 35 minutes.
