Blanch, freeze, pressure canning and preservation techniques wil be included.  Let me know ahead of class what you would like to learn and practice.

My home is very large and has a big kitchen and working area.  It is also handicap accessible.

Hands-on cooking class with everything furnished.  Anyone ages 12-? are invited.  No experience is necessary.

Bring a friend and you will both receive a gift.
