Class time is 5:30p-9:00p. 

Practice kneading, yeast rising dough and enjoy preparing various yeast breads and rolls.  This is taught "hands-on" style in a large kitchen in my home.  Everything is furnished, no experience is necessary.  Bring an appetite for generous sampling.

Bring a friend and you will both receive a gift.

My home is handicap accessible.

All ages 8 to 108 are welcome.  Children must have an adult with them ($20.00 each).

I am located off of Hwy 151 towards Sun Priairie, east edge of Madison, WI.

The cost for the class (including supplies) is $20.00.
