GROUND MEAT AND BEAN CASSEROLE
Diabetic

1/2 pound Extra lean ground beef
1/2 cup Onion, chopped
2 cans (16 oz.) Baked beans
1/4 cup Catsup

Brown ground meat in skillet. Add onion and cook until tender. Add beans and catsup and heat thoroughly.

Yield: 6 servings

Serving size ? 1/2 cup
