Generous working area for a hands-on cooking class with generous sampling.  Coconut bread, healthy muffins, various biscuits, and similar bakery.  Learn the tricks to quick preparation and perfect results as you make your own bakery items.

My home is handicap accessible.  All ages from 8 to 108 are welcome.

Class time is 9:00a-11:30a.  Everything is furnished and no experience is necessary.
