Salads with meat, vegetables, fruits, pasta, potatoes and much more await you to be prepared. You will also learn how to turn leftover foods into wonderful salads and sandwich fillings in a "hands-on" class with generous sampling.

My home has a very large kitchen and working area for classes.

No experience is necessary and everything will be furnished.  Any special requests, please contact me.  Anyone ages 8 to ? are welcome.  Adults must accompany any children and are considered a paying student.

The class time is 5:30p-8:30p and the cost is $20.00 which includes a folder of recipes and information, supplies and equipment.
