No experience is necessary. You may eat what is prepared in class. Everything is furnished, including food, equipment and recipes. Many tips and additional recipes and food/class related information is included. All classes are taught "hands-on" (you do the cooking, eating and help with the clean-up).

You will receive a bill in the mail after you have registered. Registration is not official until all fees are paid. If you do not pay your fees by the due date indicated on the bill, you will automatically be dropped from the class. The minumum enrollment is 10 students to run a class. If less than 10 are enrolled in a class, it will be canceled 2 weeks prior to the start date. Register early to avoid class cancellations and to get into a class before it is filled.
You will sample the recipes that are prepared and take home any left-overs. The recipes are often set into 2 sizes to accomodate family size and small portion size needs.
