This is a hands-on class in which you will prepare and eat a classic picnic-style dinner. Minimal use of hot stoves and ovens was the consideration in choosing the recipes for this class. American Potato Salad, Mother's Special Coleslaw, Tomato, Cucumber and Feta Cheese Salad, Gorgonzola Burgers and Zippy No-Bake Carmel Cheers Cookies are some of the recipes that will be prepared in this class. Make it a family affair and sign up one of your children with you.
